A phone-down routine

Bedline helps you establish a bedtime routine by scheduling Screen Time blocking from bedtime to morning. You choose the apps, categories, websites, and schedule you want to use. Review your selection and schedule so they suit your needs.

Blocking requires Apple's Screen Time authorization and compatible device software. Bedline provides controls for your schedule, selections, and available unlock options. You can also change permissions in iOS Settings. Permission changes, device or operating-system behavior, software faults, and access or subscription status can affect blocking. Blocking is not unbypassable, and Bedline does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular sleep outcome.

Optional Apple Health

You can choose to connect Apple Health and grant sleep read and write permissions. Bedline can show recorded sleep alongside your Bedline nights and save qualifying nights as In Bed samples. In Bed time represents a Bedline routine interval, not proof that you were asleep.

Bedline is a routine-building app, not a medical device, medical advice, or a treatment for sleep conditions. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Premium and Apple purchases

Premium access is provided according to the plan and purchase status shown in the app. Purchases are made through Apple. The price, billing period, available plans, and any offer or trial eligibility are those displayed in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation when you buy. Offers and trials are not guaranteed to be available to every user.

Subscriptions can renew automatically under the purchase terms shown by Apple unless you cancel. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Bedline does not cancel a subscription. Apple's guidance explains how to cancel a subscription.

Apple handles billing and refund requests for Apple purchases. Refund eligibility depends on Apple's processes and applicable law; see Apple's refund guidance. These terms do not limit any consumer rights that apply to you.

Your app license

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement remains the basis for your license to the Bedline app. These service and website terms do not replace that agreement.

Responsible use

Use Bedline and this website lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or another person's information. You are responsible for the choices you make when configuring Bedline and for keeping access to your device and Apple Account secure.

Changes and updates

Bedline's features and compatibility may change as the app and Apple's platforms evolve. Updates may be needed for continued operation. Information about purchases remains subject to the terms shown when you buy and your applicable consumer rights.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to Bedline or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published here with a new effective date; material changes will be communicated through the app or website as appropriate.
